Cancer is a deadly disorder in a body in which there is abnormal growth of certain cell or tissues in the body. It is transferable from one part of body to another part of the body. This excess growth in cell and tissue may lead to improper blood flow in the organs and may lead to death.
There are various types of cancer. Cancer can affect each and every part of our body. Luckily, there is only one part in our body which cancer can't occur and its our iris. Iris is a small hole that is used by our eye to receive light from the surrounding. Cancer are generally deadly and they don't have any cure. Generally, cancer affects breast, lungs, pancreas, bladder, thyroid, etc.
There are various causes of cancer. They are as listed below:
1. Taking cigarettes is the most common cause of caner. It causes various ype of cacer most common being lung cancer.
2. Regularly exposing your body to harmful rays from the sun is also a cause of cancer
3. Taking a lots of X-rays is also a cause of cancer.
4. Exposing your bodies to various type of chemicals may cause skin cancer.
5. Physical inactivity is also a leading cause of cancer in these days
The severity of cancer is measured in stages. Staging of cancer is the process of knowing how severe the cancer is. There are generally four stages of cancer which is as described below:
Stages of cancer:
Stage 1: A stage 1 cancer is considered to be a minor cancer as it is only prevailing in the same body organ in which caner originated. It can be slightly cured by either removing the organ or by some medical surgeries. If a person detects stage 1 cancer in him then there is a good chance of him surviving cancer. It is also called early stage caner.
Stage 2: A stage 2 cancer is the type of cancer which has grown tumors than a stage 1 cancer. Although the tumors are larger in size it has still not transferred to other cells. The cells that are close to cancerous cells are very vulnerable to catching up cancer.
Stage 3: A stage 3 cancer is the type of cancer in which the cells and tissues that are very close to infected cells are infected by cancer. In this stage the nearby cells also gets infected and then they transmit it to other close cells. This make cancer grow in the body very quickly. Treatment must be done in time r the person won't live long.
Stage 4: It is considered to be the final or the last stage of cancer. In this stage, the infected cells travel through bloodstream infecting other vital organs of our body. This causes a disorder in our body and the person will be tired and can't be able to do anything. Detection of cancer in this stage is a serious matter as cancer is nearly incurable in this stage and person will die soon. If treatment is not done in time the person won't last long.
Cancer is a deadly disease and if it is not cured in time then it my be fatal also. Cancer has been a cause of million of lives every year. The complete of cancer has not yet been discovered but it can be prevented by following ways like:
Prevention of cancer:
1. Get rid of cigarettes and alcoholic products as far s you can
2. Try not to expose your body to harmful rays like X-rays
3. Living a healthy life i.e. exercising daily can help you reduce the risk of cancer
4. Eating food rich in starch can help you prevent cancer
5. Processed foods should be avoided as far practicable
Hence, if these ways are followed then, caner can be prevented and one can live a healthy cancer-free life.
