As we all know that fr any kind of disease, exercises is very much effective and as running is also an exercise so it will surely help cancer patients and also people who have high risk of cancer.

Tired of obesity and having a large stomach? Running can help you burn a lots of calorie in short period of time. Burning your calorie is directly related to burning the fat in your body. So running can help you loose some good amount of weight and remain fit. It also makes you a lot more energetic.

Running can help you remain fit and healthy. It also helps you strengthen the joints of your bod like hips joints, knee joints and various other joints. Those people who run daily are less likely to suffer from knee osteoarthritis than the people who don't run. Hence, running is beneficial for health.

1. Running is easy but it is dangerous if you run on the road where vehicles come and go. If possible don't run on sch roads but if it isn't possible it is better to take safety precautions while running there.

2. One should never run too quickly at first but the speed should be gradually increased to increase stamina

3. After running you may get thirsty, but don't drink water instantly after running as the water may enter your lungs causing you to suffocate to death

4. Though you will feel hot after running don't take off all your clothes as it may cause you to lose heat and you may fall sick. Its better to wrap yourself in a towel like most athletes do.
